The online training sessions are not recorded. They are set on scheduled dates, live with an instructor/trainer/coach/mentor.

A registration can be surely cancelled for a full refund up to one week before the start of the training week. Any time less than one week, the registration fee is non-refundable but is eligible for a “Transfer” to another date (fee of Rs.500) or to a colleague/friend/relative absolutely free of charge. Please note that there is never a fee to transfer the registration to a colleague for the same date.
It’s extremely important to let us know as soon as you are unable to attend the online training program. When we know before the session begins that you’re unable to attend, we can work with you to find the best solution for making up the program some other time but within the next 15 days max.
However, if you do not notify us before the start of the session, you’ll be marked as a “no-show” and we will not be in a position to honor “Transfers” for programs/courses marked as a "no-show".
We reserve the right to cancel training up to 4 days before the scheduled program/course date. Programs/Courses are usually cancelled due to low registration.
In the event that we must cancel the online session, all attendees will be offered the opportunity to transfer their program/course to the next available date or receive a full refund without penalty.
Yes. You are free to attend the training sessions as many times as you want until you get the hold of the topics. You will have to pay the fee for the course/program though.
